The T-90 is constructed out of a silicone-lined heavy-duty facepiece containing both intake and exhaust valves. The exhaust valve is situated at the bottom of the facepiece to maintain downward airflow, resulting in zero fogging when worn with eye protection or glasses. 

The carbon activated filter, which are independently tested to protect against organic vapors and 95% of particulates, down to 0.3 microns, is situated inside a snap-fit enclosure for long-term durability. The enclosure was manufactured for easy and convenience, allowing smooth filter exchange without missing a beat. 

The T-90 features a quick-release spring-loaded button located right above the filter. When pressed it provides quick and easy changing of filters. The strap is made from strong, dense elastic that lays smoothly without snagging or pulling against hair or skin. Its sleek construction layers well beneath hats, hoods, and helmets.
